Break Up Pain Is Not Easy To Handle When You Feel So Lost

If you are searching for a cure for break up pain, remember that there is no quick fix to overcome the agony that you are feeling at present, and it might take quite some time to overcome your lost love. You should take things day by day, perhaps even hour by hour to start with. Do not allow anybody to try to stop you from feeling mad and bitter at this stage. You could reach the stage where you think that you would be better off without your ex partner, because just now the heartache and bitterness is nearly unbearable.

Try and avoid visiting the places that you used to go to with your ex lover. Going back to all your favorite places is not a remedy for the break up pain. Your ex partner might still be going to those places and it is still too early to bump into him or her. You must have more time to adjust before you confront your ex partner.
You would be well advised not to try and get in touch with your ex lover straight after the separation. You don’t have to give your ex the pleasure of knowing that you are hurting. Let your ex think that you are over him or her and that you are really happy with the way things are. Your ex more than likely still has some feelings for you and could even feel guilty for hurting you so much. When your ex lover realizes that you are apparently quite happy on your own, then he or she might get a bit jealous and you never know, he or she might just try to win you back.
An excellent way to express your feelings and get them under control is to write everything down. Start keeping a diary and keep a daily record of what is happening to you. You are able to easily describe your feelings in your diary. You are also able to scream at your ex lover without the fear of getting any repercussions whatsoever. Let your fingers do the shouting. It doesn’t matter where you write your daily story, in a writing pad or in a file on your computer. Just start keeping your diary and it won’t be long before you will discover that you have overcome the break up pain.
